PeaceLine Security provides professional security services for local events, including but not limited to:

All services are provided on a reasonable best-effort basis, subject to event conditions, staffing availability, and client cooperation.
2. Bookings & Engagement

All bookings must be confirmed in writing

Service details (dates, times, location, staffing levels) must be agreed prior to commencement

Changes to scope or schedule may result in additional charges
PeaceLine Security reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if safety risks, misrepresentation, or non-compliance are identified.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate event details, including risks, crowd size, and nature of the event

Obtain all required permits, licences, and approvals

Ensure the event complies with all applicable laws and regulations

Cooperate with security staff and follow reasonable instructions
Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our ability to provide effective security.
4. Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed upon before services are delivered

Deposits may be required to secure bookings

Full payment must be made according to invoice terms
-
Late payments may result in withheld reports or future service refusal
All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
5. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing

Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period

Last-minute cancellations may incur full charges due to staff allocation
6. Authority & Conduct
Our security personnel are authorised to:

Enforce venue rules and event conditions

Refuse entry or remove individuals when reasonably necessary

Coordinate with venue management or emergency services
PeaceLine Security staff will act professionally and proportionately at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

PeaceLine Security is not liable for indirect or consequential loss

We do not guarantee prevention of all incidents or losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided
Clients remain responsible for overall event safety and compliance.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeaceLine Security from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Inaccurate or incomplete event information

Client negligence or breach of these Terms

Actions of attendees outside our reasonable control
9. Insurance
PeaceLine Security maintains appropriate public liability and professional insurance as required by law. Proof may be provided upon request.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or emergency situations.
