Welcome to Peaceline Security. By accessing our website or engaging our security services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Peaceline Security provides professional security services including:
- Static and mobile security patrols
- Corporate and office building security
- Event security and crowd control
- Residential and body corporate security
- Door supervision and access management
- Incident monitoring and reporting
All services are provided on a reasonable best-effort basis, subject to site conditions, staffing availability, and client cooperation.
2. Bookings & engagement
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing
- Service details (dates, times, location, staffing levels) must be agreed prior to commencement
- Changes to scope or schedule may result in additional charges
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if safety risks, misrepresentation, or non-compliance are identified
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate details, obtain required permits and approvals, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and cooperate with security staff. Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our ability to provide effective security.
4. Fees & payment
Fees are agreed upon before services are delivered. Deposits may be required. Full payment must be made according to invoice terms. Late payments may result in withheld reports or future service refusal. All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period. Last-minute cancellations may incur full charges due to staff allocation.
6. Authority & conduct
Our security personnel may enforce venue rules, refuse entry or remove individuals when reasonably necessary, and coordinate with venue management or emergency services. Staff will act professionally and proportionately at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaceline Security is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, does not guarantee prevention of all incidents, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. Clients remain responsible for overall safety and compliance.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Peaceline Security from claims arising from inaccurate information, client negligence, or actions of attendees outside our reasonable control.
9. Insurance
We maintain appropriate public liability and professional insurance as required by law. Proof may be provided upon request.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Website use
Website content is provided for general information only and may be updated without notice. Unauthorised use of content is prohibited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
